Mustafa Foundation is a Non-Profit organisation registered under Section-8 of the companies act 2013 (18 of 2013) and Rule 8 of Companies (Incorporation) Rules 2014. We are thankful to all our donors who contribute to our noble work through monetary or material help. We maintain a strict donor privacy policy to protect the integrity and privacy of personal information gathered from our supporters and visitors through all of our communication channels. Miles2Smile Foundation does not sell, exchange or rent your personal information to any organisation or individual. We will not divulge personal information to any other organisation or individual other than that necessary to transact, fulfil and or account for online donations that you have authorised.

C. Does Mustafa Foundation share information with others?

Mustafa Foundation will never trade, share or sell user information to third parties. We will only share personally identifiable information with third parties in the following situations:

We will not divulge personal information to any other organisation or individual other than that necessary to transact, fulfill and or account for online donations that you have authorized. will never share, trade or sell any donor personal information (such as email addresses, phone numbers, mailing addresses etc.) with any third party unless the donor has explicitly given us the permission to do so. Exceptions to these, are limited to sharing personal information to cooperate with law enforcement officials and transmitting personal information, such as credit card information, to online authorizers as required to process a transaction. Miles2Smile will never send mailings on behalf of other organizations unless the donor has authorized us to do so.
